Talay goes on sale as the first homes at Marsa Al Saadiyat

Aldar launched Talay on 17 September 2026: 351 standalone villas with four to six bedrooms, the first homes at Marsa Al Saadiyat. Sales opened on 23 September. Talay is two gated communities: 167 villas at Talay and 184 at Talay Beach. Aldar describes Marsa Al Saadiyat as its new marina district on the island; Talay is its first residential community.

Aldar said on 29 September that the Talay and Yas Riva Reserve launches together brought in more than AED 5 billion of sales, without a split by project. How many Talay villas remain is not public.
